We currently have one weekly service that starts at 10 am.
Real Life is a "come as you are" kind of church. The style is very laid back and relaxed. No pretenses, no special hoops to jump through, no pretending that you're someone you're not when you come. Everybody's welcome here from whatever walk of life and whatever stage of faith. That said, we have a deep passion that God wants to transform "who we are" into "who God wants us to be." We're all in a process where we're trying to give our lives over to Jesus for him to change.
When you come, you'll notice that we're in a strip mall. You'll see us in the corner of the strip mall. Just come on in the big storefront of windows under the Real Life Community sign.
When you come in, you'll be greeted by some kind people and welcomed into a foyer/hospitality area where we serve coffee, donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches (I mean, we'll really hit you with breakfast if you want it!) milk and juice on most mornings. From there, you can stay and visit, look around, or head into the "sanctuary" to find a table to sit at for the service.
Yes...we meet around tables for our service.
During the service, you'll be able to participate in worship through music. We'll sing four or five songs up front, maybe show a short video or something and receive an offering. Then you'll listen to a message from the Bible that connects with real life. We may sing another song or two, or receive communion. It's a little different each week, but those elements are pretty typical in our services. We'll also have times during the services where we can interact with the message and each other (hence, the tables).
At around 11:30 or 12 noon we're done with the service and we'll normally form a circle and have prayer together. All in all, it's a fun, great experience of a community who is seeking to be the most genuine followers of Jesus that we can be.
We hope you'll join us!
